Criminal Court:
File a Restraining Order against The Judge (IE: Judge Aaron Duck-Sitting Duck Judge of Sulfer, OK?) The MOST Overtly Sociopathic Narcissistic (Court Clerk FUCKING, Young girl screwing, cheating, Drinking while driving, Law disobeying, mentally unstable judicial nut 🥜 I have had the experience of calling OUT!
When you file a Restraining Order against a Judge, it automatically causes the Direct and Immediate RECUSAL of that Judge! Double Jeopardy attaches and they cannot come back on the case! Now ...when WORDING your Restraining Order, make absolute certain that you name the particular JUDGE "AND All Other Judges" in your case so that not ONLY will the presiding Judge get recused, so will any others that may attempt to take the case....such as in a Murder Case!
When they file for a "Change of Venue" to another county, simply Repeat The Above Process in that county!
Instructions on How to File A Civil Restraining Order Against a Judge and or POLICE:
1. Go to that County's Clerk's Office and request two Restraining Order Forms. (Usually free) Or Download and Print the forms.
Fill the forms out completely. Make Certain that you spell out:
To: "Name of Judge AND All Other Judges"
Reason for Filing Order: "Corruption", Harassment, Infractions of Human Rights, Circumvention of Courtroom Procedure, (Just to STACK a few against them)
2.Go to the County Clerk's Office and hand in your document. The correct people to officially Serve are (For a Judge: Judicial Admin, For Police: The Chief of Police AND The Mayor)
3. Decide if Going to the Hearing will be beneficial to you or just using the Restraining Order's DEFAULT SETTINGS is all that you need.
Civil Court: In most Civil cases, such as Lawsuits, Contract Disputes, your opponent will have a Legal Team of Lawyers representing them. If you wish to delay the proceedings, by playing dirty, simply file a Restraining Order against your opponent's legal Team on behalf of their client (by having another person file the document) this creating a Conflict-of-Interest on your opponent. Your civil litigation opponent will need to seek....other representation and that.....takes time and more of their money!
