What frequencies does The Akashic Record resonate at?  It's in between earth and the ionosphere that these electromagnetic waves are. It was two years later, in 1954, that the hypothesis was fully confirmed by Schumann and H.L. König. A resonance was detected that was fine-tuned to the frequency of  7.83 Hz .
